Fan Regulator Connection Circuit Diagram:

This diagram shows how to make a fan regulator, in this circuit, we use a ceiling fan, a DP MCB ( Double Pole Miniature Circuit Breaker ), a power socket, a 3-pin plug, a fan regulator, and a fan capacitor. First, we need to input the power to DP MCB, then input the line to sockets, then connect the plug, regulator, capacitor, and fan with the source power as in our circuit diagram. Now this circuit is ready for use. If you want to know more about this circuit please check our youtube video below the post.

Components used to make the Fan Regulator Connection Circuit:

01. DP MCB:

DP MCB In 2 Pole MCB, switching & protection is affected in phases and the neutral. A Double Pole or DP Switch is a Switch that Controls 2 Circuits at the same time. In terms of Residential Switching, this Normally means it Switches the live and Neutral at the same time. In Layperson Terms, Double Pole switches or DP Switches are Exclusively Designed to Control 2 Different Electrical Circuits at the same time, which allows the Appliances to Isolate safely and reliably. Fan or light Combinations and Medical Equipment are some of the many applications for DP Electrical Switches and Electrical components.

02. 3 Pin Plug:

The 3-pin plug tops are used on appliances, extension leads, Light fittings, table fans, etc. The Packaging Comes with Wiring Instructions For the Electrician connection. A transparent cover makes it visually easy to Keep an Eye on the Wiring Connections electrical wire. 3-pin plugs are Designed so That Mains Electricity can be Supplied to Electrical Appliances Safely side. A 3-Pin Plug Consists of 3-pins. Each Pin Must be Correctly Connected to the 3 Wires in the Electrical Cable. Each Wire Has its Own Specified Color so that it can be easily identified power supply.

03. Power Socket:

A Power Socket is a Device to Which Electrical Devices Can Be Connected to Receive the Electric Current Required For Their Operation. Connected by a System of Cables to a Power Source, Usually, an Electricity Generation Facility operated by an energy Production company, generally has no moving parts. Instead, it contains metal strips that make contact with the prongs of an Electric plug inserted into the socket. It is Through these Contacts That the Electric current is Transmitted. Electrical Devices that connect to a Power Source Through a Power Socket are Considered to be Portable Because they can easily be Connected and Disconnected From the Power Source.

04. Fuse:

A 220v fuse is a common kit used to protect electrical-electronics circuits. A Fuse is placed in series in a circuit or Electrical connection. It works to protect the circuit if the circuit is short for any reason. A fuse is an electrical, electronic, or mechanical device that protects a circuit from excessive current or overload. When short-circuited or overloaded, the high-flow current generates thermal heat that melts the fuse is metal or element and creates a gap. The fuse also acts as a protector.

05. Speed Regulator:

A Fan Speed Controller Controls The Voltage Across the Fan and Therefore Indirectly Controls its speed 220v AC line. A ceiling Fan Speed Regulator Actually Measures and Regulates the Speed of the Fan Using its Tachometer. Fan Speed is Controlled with Thyristor or Transformer Speed Controllers for Ceiling fans, and table fans. the fan is Controlled by a Capacitor, and the Voltage across the fan Determines the fan speed. A Speed Control loop Can be Implemented That is Independent of Manufacturing Variances and Wear on The Fan control system.

06. Capacitor:

This 2.5 MFD Capacitor Electric motor Capacitor article Series Explains the Selection, Testing, installation, & use of Electric Motor Starter Start and run Capacitors used on Various Electric Motors Found in or at Buildings such as air Conditioner Compressors, fan Motors, and some Good Pumps. An Electric motor is run Capacitor (2.5 MFD Capacitor) Remains active after the Starting cap has Dropped from the circuit (as the motor has its proper speed), and 2.5 MFD Capacitor indeed the value of the run Capacitor can affect Motor Speed.
