Frequently asked questions
This resistor works on the principle of photoconductivity (LDR). It states that when the light falls on the surface of an LDR used. the conductivity of the material reduces the circuit diagram. This is because the photons in the incident light have energy greater than the band gap of the semiconductor material used in the LDR system.
Long-distance relationships can last for years or they can last for a few months used. But, how long your relationship lasts long-distance is less important than how healthy it is during this all time.
The Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) is just another special type of Resistor and hence has no polarity used. Meaning they can be connected in any direction side. They are breadboard-friendly and can be easily used on a perf board also used.
According to the spectral characteristics of LDRs, there are three types of LDRs: - Ultraviolet LDR: more active to ultraviolet light, including cadmium sulfide, cadmium selenide LDR used, etc.
LDRs are tiny light-sensing devices also known as photoresistors or photodiodes. An LDR is a resistor whose resistance changes as the amount of light falling on it changes the system. The resistance of the LDR decreases with an increase in light Set intensity.
