First, remove the case of the fluorescent light starter and then remove the capacitor from it. Connect the positive terminal of the battery to the positive terminal (P) of the piezo buzzer SPKER. The negative pin of the piezo buzzer goes to any one of the pins of the tube light starter. Another pin of the Starter goes to the negative pin of the battery.
