Single Phase Distribution Board Wiring:
This diagram shows how to make single-phase distribution board wiring. In this circuit, we use five DP MCBs ( Double Pole Miniature Circuit Breaker ), a Surg Protection Device, and an ELCB ( Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker ). First, we need to connect the main DP MCB then the input connection to the voltage protector, then connect the ELCB, then connect all DP MCB circuit breakers. Now this circuit is ready for use.

Components used to make the Single Phase Distribution Board Wiring:
DP MCB In 2 Pole MCB, switching & protection is affected in phases and the neutral. A Double Pole or DP Switch is a Switch that Controls 2 Circuits at the same time. In terms of Residential Switching, this Normally means it Switches the live and Neutral at the same time. In Layperson Terms, Double Pole switches or DP Switches are Exclusively Designed to Control 2 Different Electrical Circuits at the same time, which allows the Appliances to Isolate safely and reliably. Fan or light Combinations and Medical Equipment are some of the many applications for DP Electrical Switches and Electrical components.
02. ELCB:
ELCB complete earth leakage circuit breaker works on earth leakage production. Usually, the ELCB circuit breaker has two cables Phase and Neutral if any load is directly connected to the earth without taking neutral from ELCB then the circuit breaker will trip automatically. Earth leakage circuit breakers are used in applications to prevent electric shock and electrical fire caused by a short circuit or overload in the control panel by automatically closing when leakage is detected.
The ability of an SPD to limit overvoltage in the Electrical distribution network by diverting the surge current is the surge-protective component, the mechanical structure of the SPD, and the connection to the electrical distribution network. A surge protection device SPD is a component of an electrical installation protection system. This device is connected to the power supply in parallel with the load circuit it is intended to protect. It can be used at all levels of the Power Supply Network. It is widely used in overvoltage protection.
