3 phase squirrel cage induction motor diagram:
This diagram shows how to make 3 phase squirrel cage induction motor diagram. In this circuit, we use a TP MCB ( Tripple Pole Miniature Circuit Breaker ), a Magnetic contactor, an overload, a timer, a DP MCB, an NO Switch, an NC Switch, an SP MCB, and a 3-phase motor. First, we need to connect the TP MCB with the power source, then connect the magnetic contactor with the TP MCB, then connect the overload with the magnetic contactor, then connect the timer, then connect the DP MCB and SP MCB with the timer, then connect the NO, NC switch and motor with the circuit.

Components used to make the 3 phase squirrel cage induction motor diagram:
The full meaning of MCB is Miniature Circuit Breaker for TP MCB. MCB is an electromagnetic switch or device. If for any reason a short circuit occurs in the supply line or load line (line to line or line to neutral) or in case of overload MCB. the MCB automatically trips and disconnects the main line circuit or household power supply Connection. TP MCB In 3 Pole MCB, Switching & Protection is affected in only 3-Phases and the Neutral is not part of the MCB. 3 pole MCB signifies the Connection of Three Wires for a 3-Phase system Red-Yellow-Blue Phase. 3-Phase Supply Only Without Neutral.
02. Magnetic Contactor:
A magnetic contactor is an electromagnetic switching device. It is generally used for controlling 3-phase Motors. The operation of a magnetic contactor is similar to that of a Relay. but a relay is used for low-power or low-voltage connections, and a magnetic contactor is used for high-power or high-voltage connections. As soon as the supply is applied to the magnetic contactor coil. its normally open contacts are closed and normally closed contacts are opened and the associated devices are also operated. This is how a magnetic contactor works.
A timer is a type of time-switching device that controls and controls Electrical circuits and electrical and electronic devices through time setting (on/off). The timer is basically 8-pin. Like other controlling devices the timer has a coil and when this coil is magnetized, the timer works on/off. The timer has 2 common ends and each common end has normally close and normally open options. When the timer is set by time, the timer trips at the end of that time and turns the common is normally closed (on) to open (off) and normally open (off) to close (on). This is how the timer works.
04. DP MCB :
DP MCB In 2 Pole MCB, switching & protection is affected in phases and the neutral. A Double Pole or DP Switch is a Switch that Controls 2 Circuits at the same time. In terms of Residential Switching, this Normally means it Switches the live and Neutral at the same time. In Layperson Terms, Double Pole switches or DP Switches are Exclusively Designed to Control 2 Different Electrical Circuits at the same time, which allows the Appliances to Isolate safely and reliably. Fan or light Combinations and Medical Equipment are some of the many applications for DP Electrical Switches and Electrical components.
NO (Normally Open) Terms Refer to a Type of Dry Contact or Wet Contact. A Push to Make Switch Allows Electricity to flow Between its 2 contacts when held in. When the button is released, the Circuit is broken. This type of Switch is also known as A Normally Open (NO) Switching system. As its name implies, a Normally Open (NO) Switch Contact or “a Contact” is a Switch. Put very simply, a Normally Open Sensor will have no Current When in a Normal State But When it Enters an Alarm State it will have +5V applied to the Circuit.
06. NC Switch:
An NC (Normally Closed) Push Button is a Push Button That, In Its Default State, Makes Electrical Contact With The Circuit. An NC (Normally Closed) Push Button is a Push Button that, in its Default State, Makes electrical Contact With the Circuit. When The Button Is Pressed Down, The Switch no Longer Makes Electrical Contact And The Circuit is Now Open. When The Button is Not Pressed, Electricity Can Flow, But When it is Pressed The Circuit is Broken. This type Of Switch is Also known As a Normally Closed (NC) Switch.
In single-pole MCB, Switching and protection are Affected in only one Phase. Single phase supply to break the phase only. A single Pole breaker is Typically used with 120-volt Circuits, and a 6-20 amps Miniature Circuit Breaker. They are constructed with one Line Wire and one Neutral wire. A Single Pole switch is the most basic General-Purpose switch that you use to Control a light or another device from one location. These Switches have 2 Brass-Colored screw Terminals Connected to the hot Power source wires. Pole refers to the number of Circuits Controlled by the Switch SP Switches Control only one Switch Electrical Circuit.
A 3-phase electric motor uses a 3-phase Power Supply to Convert Electric Energy into Mechanical Energy. It contains four Wires (Three hot Wires and one Neutral Wire) and Uses 3 Alternating Currents of the Same Frequency. Since it Generates a Rotating Magnetic Field, it does not need a Capacitor for the Startup. Some 3-phase Motors are Reversible, Which Means they can serve as Generators by Turning Mechanical Energy into Electrical Energy.

Frequently asked questions
A 3 phase squirrel cage induction motor is a type of three-phase induction motor that functions based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. It is called a 'squirrel cage' motor because the rotor inside of it – known as the 'squirrel cage rotor' – looks like a squirrel cage.
The most common method of starting squirrel cage 3-phase motors is across the line (direct-on-line). Some applications require limiting the motor starting current and/or torque to reduce the stress on the electrical and mechanical systems.
A three-phase induction motor derives its name from the fact that the rotor current supply is induced by the magnetic field, instead of electrical connections. The operating principle of a three-phase induction motor is based on the production of the rotating magnetic field (r.m.f.).
3-phase squirrel-cage induction motors are widely used as industrial drives because they are self-starting, reliable, or economical. Single-phase induction motors are used extensively for smaller loads, such as garbage disposals and stationary power supply tools.
To identify the starting and end terminals of a 3-phase induction motor, you can use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the terminals. Typically, the starting winding will have a higher resistance than the running winding.
