Window AC Wiring:
This diagram shows how to make Window AC Wiring. In this circuit diagram, we use a DP MCB ( Double Pole Miniature Circuit Breaker ), a DPST Switch, a junction box, and a Windows AC. First, we need to input power in DP MCB, then need input power to switch from DP MCB. Then connect the wire to the junction box. And lastly, we need to connect the window AC. This circuit is ready for use. If you want to know more about this circuit please check our youtube video at the below post.

Components used to make the Window AC Wiring:
DP MCB In 2 Pole MCB, switching & protection is affected in phases and the neutral. A Double Pole or DP Switch is a Switch that Controls 2 Circuits at the same time. In terms of Residential Switching, this Normally means it Switches the live and Neutral at the same time. In Layperson Terms, Double Pole switches or DP Switches are Exclusively Designed to Control 2 Different Electrical Circuits at the same time, which allows the Appliances to Isolate safely and reliably. Fan or light Combinations and Medical Equipment are some of the many applications for DP Electrical Switches and Electrical components.
02. Window AC:
The Indoor Unit is What you Will typically Find Mounted on a Wall set. The Outdoor Unit is Mounted Either on an Exterior wall or Placed at the GND Level. The Outdoor Unit Will typically be in a Slab of Concrete. This Unit is Where the Heat is Expelled From the House used. After the Indoor Unit Pulls The Heat and Moisture From The Air Inside your Home. It transfers The Heat via The Refrigerant to the outdoor unit side. Cooler Temperatures, and lower humidity. With all Air Conditioning Components Located Outside, you Can keep cool With a Virtually Invisible, Silent System.

DPDT With two poles and two throws for each pole, the DPDT switch has six terminals — 2 inputs and four outputs (or 2 outputs for each individual circuit). A DPDT switch controls 2 separate circuits with the same actuator. which is generally designed for an on-on or on-off-on function. DPDT or Double pole, double throw switches will break or make the 2 conductors connected to 2 separate circuits. In this switch. DP switches control 2 independent circuits whereas DT switches close a circuit in the up & down position.
04. Junction Box:
A junction box is an Electrical Enclosure that Houses one or More Wiring Connections. The box Protects the Connections, Environmental Conditions, From Which Usually Contain Vulnerable Points Such as Wire Splices, and Accidental Contact. A Junction box is an Enclosure That Protects a Connection Of 2 or More Wires Carrying Electrical Current. The use of Junctions Removes the Need to Run a Wire From Every outlet or Switch Back to the Main Service Panel. This Level of Protection is Needed to Prevent fires and reliable connections.
