SSR Connection With Sensor Wiring:

This diagram shows how to make SSR Connection With Sensor Wiring. In this circuit, we use a LED light, an SSR, a Power Supply Driver, and an NPN sensor. First, we need to connect the NPN sensor to the power supply. then connect the SSR to the power supply. Then Input power to light from the SSR. Now this circuit is ready for use. Components used to make the SSR Connection With Sensor Wiring:

01. SSR:

Solid State Relay is a fully Integrated Device with a Heat sink and DIN rail Mounting plate in a Space-Saving design. Each unit is Touch-Safe with LED input Indication. This Normally Open, Zero-Crossing device is Capable of Millions of Cycles of Operation. There are three main types of solid-state relay isolation methods used in SSRs, i.e., optical, transformer, and reed Solid-state relays are the semiconductor equivalents of electromechanical relays and therefore can be used to control electrical loads.

02. NPN Sensor:

Negative-Positive-Negative (NPN) Proximity Sensors Provide an Active LOW Output. This Means That When an Object Enters the Detecting range of the sensor, the output of the sensor is connected to the ground. This type of sensor is also known as the ‘Sinking’ sensor. Negative-Positive-Negative and PNP stand for Positive-Negative-Positive Transistors. Negative-Positive-Negative (NPN) Transistor is Powered on When Enough Current is Supplied From the Transistor base to the Emitter.

03. Power Supply Driver:

Switched mode power supply’ (‘SMPS’) is a type of electronic power supply, which is widely used today as an alternative to linear power supply, i.e. transformer power supply. SMPS stands for Switch Mode Power Supply. SMPS power supply can be considered as automatic switching power machine. Because SMPS provides power according to circuit breaker. It supplies the amperes of current required by the circuit. That is why SMPS power supply circuit provides safety and security. There are various types of SMPS power supplies found in electronics circuits today

04. Light:

CFL stands for Compact Fluorescent Lamp which is an improved version of tube lights of earlier days. Like tube lights, it is a vacuum glass tube with fluorescent powder coating which is not as long and straight as tube lights but curved/twisted compact, or small in size. Like a tube light, it has electrodes or filaments at both ends. But in this case, instead of a choke, there is an electronic circuit that drives the Compact Fluorescent Lamp. Because the red wave is less in the light of the Tubelight and Compact Fluorescent Lamp, the object looks a little pale or the correct color of the object does not appear.
