The Real power (P) in kilowatts (kW) is equal to the current I in amps (A), times the voltage V in volts (V) divided by 1000:
For example, let’s find the power in kilowatts for a circuit with 8 amps of current at 80 volts.

For example, If the Voltage consumption is 220V with a phase current of 5A and a power factor of 0.8 the Real Power is KW.

The Real Power (P) in kilowatts (kW) is equal to the square root of 3 times the power factor PF times the phase current I in amps (A), times the linetoline RMS voltage V_{LL} in volts (V) divided by 1000:
For example, If the RMS Lineline Voltage consumption is 440V with a 3phase the phase current is 2A, and a Power factor of 0.8 the Real Power is KW.

Calculation with Line to Neutral Voltage:
The Real power (P) in kilowatts (kW) is equal to 3 times the power factor PF times the phase current I in amps (A), times the line to neutral RMS voltage V_{LN} in volts (V) divided by 1000:
P_{(KW)} = √3 x 0.8 x 5 x 440 ÷ 1000
P_{(Kw)} = 5.280 Kw
