This diagram shows how to make a transformer numerical solution. In this circuit, we use a transformer winding for elaborating detail about a transformer. A transformer is a device that converts magnetic energy into electrical energy. It has two electric coils known as primary winding and secondary winding. The primary winding takes power from a transformer, while the secondary winding supplies power. A magnetic iron circuit called ‘core’ is usually used to wrap around these coils. Although these two coils are electrically isolated, they are magnetically coupled. When a current flows through the primary of a transformer, a magnetic field is created, which induces a voltage across the secondary of the transformer. Based on the type of application, a single-phase transformer is used to step up or step down the voltage at the output.
