Temperature sensor fan controller circuit:

This diagram shows how to make a Temperature sensor fan controller circuit. In this circuit, we use a 12V DC Fan, a transistor, a thermistor, a resistor, etc. First, we need to connect the transistor, resistor, fan, and thermistor like in this diagram. Now This circuit is ready for use. If you want to know more about this circuit please check our youtube video below the post.

Components used to make the Temperature sensor fan controller circuit:

01. 12V DC Fan:

12V DC Cooling Fan 2 inch 50mm, The Direct Current Fans, or DC Fans, Are Powered With a Potential of Fixed Value Such as the Voltage Of a Battery. It Features Maintenance-Free Double Ball Long Service Life, Bearings, Sufficient Heat Dissipation air Volume, And Air Pressure. A Cooling Fan is any Fan Inside, or Attached to, a machine Case Used for Active Cooling. Fans Are Used to draw Cooler Air Into The Case From The Outside, Expel Warm air From The Inside, And Move Air Across a Heat Sink To Cool a Particular Component.

02. Transistor:

An electronic device in which the current flows in an amplified form at its output is called a transistor. A transistor is a semiconductor device, which is commonly used as an amplifier and electrically controlled switch. The transistor is a type of electronic device, if any electrical signal is given at the input, that signal is available in an enlarged form at the output. Its function is to amplify any low signal in the electronics circuit and flow in the circuit. Again transistors are used to act as switches in the circuit. Today’s various macro chips are made using thousands of transistors.

03. Resistor:

A Resistor is an electrical component that controls the flow of electricity in an electrical circuit. Or we can say in this way that the material or component Which is used to block the flow of current in electronic equipment is called Resistor. And, because of the characteristic of the resistor or conductor that Prevents the flow of current through the conductor, that characteristic or religion is called resistance, where resistance Means the ability to block. The main function of a resistor is to cause a voltage drop to impede the flow of current in the circuit. In this case, the question may arise as to which circuit or which Parts need to be protected from low voltage or current flow.

04. Thermistor:

A Thermistor is a Thermally Sensitive Resistor That Exhibits a Precise and Predictable Change in Resistance Proportional to Small Changes in Body Temperature. How Much its Resistance Will Change is Dependent Upon Its Unique Composition. Thermistors Are Part Of a Larger Group Of Passive Components. And Unlike Their Active Component Counterparts, Passive Devices are Incapable of Providing Power gain, or Amplification to a Circuit. It is Made of Metallic Oxides, Pressed into a Dead, Disk, or Cylindrical Shape, And Then Encapsulated With an Impermeable Material such as Epoxy or Glass.

05. 12V DC Battery:

A 12V Battery is Available As a Non-Rechargeable Alkaline Battery Or In Rechargeable Forms. This Battery is Often Used in Various Outdoor Applications that Require Greater Amounts of Energy in Order to Operate as Desired. 12V Battery is a Name Given to a Unique Style of Battery, but its Voltage is More Than 12 Volts. In Such Cases Where a 12V Portable Battery is Used to Replace an onboard 12-volt Battery, It Is Usually Lighter Than a Standard Version. This is Because It is more likely to be Transported Between Uses and Consumers Will Not Choose to Carry a Large, Bulky Battery. A Portable 12V Battery is Usually Sealed in a case so That it is Waterproof.
